texmaker or TeXstudio

As a new portable App I want to propose texmaker or TeXstudio. Yes, I know that the necessary latex-basis will make it big, but not big like LibreOffice is. This could as well be combined with Lyx for kind of elevated writing.
It is beyond my scope, sorry, otherwise I would have created it by myself.

Hi Michael, since TeX is really such a large and complex system I have to admit that I didn't look into it so far. The same is true for LyX due to its dependencies. That being said, I'd be very much interested in an AppImage of it too...
